who is Wood Mill
Rooted In Creativity
Wood Mill is a one-man design shop driven by creativity and ambition. I craft visual experiences that resonate, with plans to grow into a dynamic creative studio delivering impactful solutions.

Dustin Wood is a multidisciplinary designer with over 20 years of experience across print, digital, branding, and motion. After graduating with a degree in web design during the dot-com collapse, he pivoted to print and quickly made his mark—earning several Gold ADDY Awards within his first two years at an agency. In 2016, he launched Wood Mill, LLC to offer clients the flexibility of a solo designer with the capabilities of a full creative team. By 2024, he shifted his focus fully to growing the studio, building thoughtful, impact-driven design for brands big and small.
Outside the studio, Dustin’s creativity shows up in personal projects. He launched HANGER 3, a jewelry line made from retired subway tokens that was featured in Real Simple, HOW, and on the CBS Early Show. He later founded WRKBKS, a line of practical notebooks—most notably, a film photography logbook used by the daughter of a rock legend. When he’s not designing, Dustin enjoys life with his wife and daughter, shooting film, listening to vinyl, revisiting retro games, and listening to his music on his collection of iPods.
