The Work
Over 20 years, we’ve had the opportunity to work on projects that reached people at scale. If you were paying attention in the late 2000s, there’s a good chance you saw something we made. Today, you can walk into a retail store and pick up something we designed.
We’ve made commercials that won new business. Print campaigns that won awards. Social content that generated over 300,000 views in a single month. The work has always been the priority — and it shows.

Dustin Wood — Founder & Creative Director
Dustin Wood brings 20 years of experience across brand, design, digital, and production — built working inside agencies in Toledo, Ohio, Champaign, Illinois, and Indianapolis, Indiana. He’s worked in-house for national brands and alongside regional agencies, across nearly every medium the industry has shifted through.
The move to launch WoodMill came at the intersection of a major life moment and a career inflection point — the arrival of his first child and a layoff that turned out to be less of an ending and more of a push in the right direction. WoodMill has been the result of that leap.
Today, Dustin works out of Central Indiana with a family he’s proud of — a wife, a daughter, and a son — and a studio built on the same values he’s always brought to the work: craft, honesty, and never settling for good enough.
A note on the Name
WoodMill is named for its founder — Wood is the last name, and the studio reflects that same idea of building things carefully, from good material, with the right tools. It has nothing to do with lumber. If you’re here looking for a sawmill, we can’t help you — but if you need a brand that’s built to last, you’re in the right place.
