McGraw Hill is one of those book publishers that we’ve all heard of. You see their books on the shelves of Barnes & Noble in several sections. We had the opportunity to design for their business category. The book covers you see here are all ones that I’ve designed. Once the cover was approved, we had to complete the print-ready dust jacket and include the back cover and flaps. They had precise requirements for everything. Font size, font selections, spacing, how info gets laid out throughout the dust jacket, and the dust jacket file had to be set up properly according to the specs that were provided according to how thick the book was.
